Job Title and Field

We offer a comprehensive range of services from proposal and development to maintenance for AI, IoT, and robotics systems. Knowledge of programming as well as business knowledge is required.

Requirements

1. Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher

2. At least 2 years of development experience

Base Salary

Based on experience and age, according to company regulations.

Probation period: 2 months (no change in待遇 during this period)

Allowances

1. Full reimbursement of transportation costs

2. Qualification Allowance: 4,000 to 20,000 yen (for holders of technical national qualifications)

Salary Increase

1. Once a year (June)

Bonuses

1. Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)

2. Average for 2021: 3 months' salary

Holidays and Leave

120 days per year (Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation) Additionally, 10 days of paid leave in the first year, with a system for planned acquisition.
